In my opinion it is the densest spa-circuit option on our Chicago list: multi-temp thermal baths, steam, cold immersion (Frigidarium / ice bath), and Chicago-only outdoor Palestra bath, more ritual floor than Eastend Finnish club or Chicago Bath House Russian banya, and not a private infrared suite like SweatHouz.
