Heat is a Watoga barrel sauna up to 195F; cold is a Renu Therapy full-immersion plunge (no published temp on our last check).
Published Pricing: 60-minute Shared Amenities Rental $45 for up to 4 people, or 60-minute Private Room Rental $180. Hours run Monday through Saturday 5am to 8pm, Sunday closed.
