About this studio
Quantum Wellness Spa at 1027 Wilshire Blvd is the Downtown LA answer for guided contrast. A Session opens with 45 minutes of breathwork and movement, then you move between the sauna and ice bath rooms at your own pace. It is loud, social and scented, so skip it if you want silence.
The drop-in is $70 for 90 minutes on our 2026-10-12 check, and Session Plus is $150 for 180 minutes with float or energy bed tech added. Open Mon and Thu-Sun 9am-8pm; closed Tue-Wed. Book a set session time online.
