About this studio
Joe's Posture Reset is a small Santa Monica studio at 3303 Pico Blvd, Suite G, with two private Recovery Suites. Each one has a Sunlighten infrared sauna (about 150F), a cold plunge held at 38 to 45F, a private shower, and compression boots, and the room is yours for the whole session. You can bring one other person. It used to be Posture Lab LA, same team and address, and the posture therapy side of the business still runs alongside the suites.
In my opinion this is the easiest private contrast session on the Westside to just try. A single 50-minute session is $45 with no membership, well under the roughly $80 single at SweatHouz Santa Monica on Broadway. If you go regularly, the Recovery Room plans run from $125 a month for once a week to $225 for unlimited. Only two suites exist, so book ahead for weekends.
