## Overview

Pause Coral Gables is the Palermo Avenue outpost for the same private infrared sauna and cold plunge model, aimed at Gables and south-of-downtown trips instead of the Brickell towers. On our October 9, 2026 check, the Coral Gables page listed credit memberships from Core at $159/mo (12 credits) to VIP at $479/mo (50 credits), with Contrast 30 using 4 credits and Contrast 60 using 6. Pause's FAQ defaults to location-exclusive, but the Coral Gables page states memberships bought here can also be redeemed at Brickell, and ClassPass often lists sauna or contrast sessions here. Call (305) 239-5619 or book online; confirm parking and suite inventory before you go.

## What to expect

- Private infrared sauna and cold plunge suite (not a large shared floor)
- Float and cryotherapy listed among on site modalities
- Memberships bought here are listed as redeemable at Brickell too

- Arrive about 10 minutes early to sign in, per the Pause FAQ
- Packages expire 365 days from purchase and are non-refundable on our last check
- No-show is charged the full retail value of a single session
- Memberships bought here are listed as redeemable at Brickell on the operator page
