## Overview

Pause Brickell sits on SW 9th Street in the middle of the Brickell financial and residential core, so it is the easiest Pause stop if you already work or stay downtown. Book a private infrared sauna and cold plunge suite on a credit plan rather than a communal bathhouse circuit. Pause FAQ defaults to location-exclusive memberships, but the Brickell page states memberships bought here can also be redeemed at Coral Gables. On our October 9, 2026 check, the Brickell page listed credit memberships from Core at $159/mo (12 credits) to VIP at $479/mo (50 credits), with Contrast 30 using 4 credits and Contrast 60 using 6. Treat ClassPass as a trial channel when inventory shows up; confirm live credits in the app before you drive. No public Brickell phone was published on the operator page on our last check.

## What to expect

- Private infrared sauna and cold plunge suite (not a large shared floor)
- Float and cryotherapy listed among on site modalities
- Memberships bought here are listed as redeemable at Coral Gables too

## Practical notes

- Confirm building arrival and current credit pricing on the Pause location page
- ClassPass often lists sauna or contrast here; confirm live inventory in the app before you drive
- No published Brickell phone on the operator page on our last check; book online
- Arrive about 10 minutes early to sign in, per the Pause FAQ
- Packages expire 365 days from purchase and are non-refundable on our last check
- No-show is charged the full retail value of a single session
