## Overview

DUO Recovery is a private suite studio on Main Street in Miami Lakes. You book a 60-minute DUO Suite session and get a room to yourself with an infrared sauna, a cold plunge, and a vitamin C shower, so you can run your own hot and cold rounds. Shorter sauna-only (40 minutes) and plunge-only (20 minutes) slots are on the schedule too.

In my opinion it is the best value private contrast setup in the Miami metro if you live northwest of the city. A single is $50, and packs drop that to $40 or $30 a session. The catch is weekend hours, which end around 1pm. Check the DUO schedule before a Saturday or Sunday visit.

## What to expect

- 60-minute DUO Suite: private room with its own infrared sauna, cold plunge, and vitamin C shower
- Sauna Suite Only (40 minutes) and Cold Plunge Only (20 minutes) sessions if you only want one side
- One guest per booked slot on the schedule, so plan to book a slot each if you go with a friend

## Practical notes

- Single session $50; 5 sessions $200 and 10 sessions $300 cut the rate to $40 and $30
- Bookable sessions run 6am to 8pm on weekdays and 8am to 1pm on weekends on the October 2026 schedule
- Book in the DUO app or site, call (305) 981-6590, or email info@duorecovery.com. ClassPass status unknown.
