The format is private suite contrast: infrared sauna paired with a cold plunge on a credit membership rather than a single walk-in menu. On our October 9, 2026 check, the Brentwood location page listed credit tiers from Core ($159/mo, 12 credits) through Signature and Premium to VIP ($479/mo, 50 credits), and Contrast 30 / Contrast 60 use 4 / 6 credits. Pause's global FAQ still says memberships are exclusive to the purchase location unless a location page says otherwise; Brentwood's page currently states redemption also at Venice, South Bay, Studio City, and West Hollywood. Confirm before you buy if you bounce between studios. This location is the Pause stop we most often see worth checking on ClassPass before you buy credits. Pause WeHo is the Sycamore Ave creative-corridor pin with Ben's lobby visit notes and on-site Aescape partnership photos. Remedy Place WeHo is a different product nearby: a social wellness club with guided ice bath classes, not private Pause suites. ## What to expect - Private suite with infrared sauna and cold plunge - Private in-suite shower, chromotherapy, and Bluetooth in private suites (operator-confirmed) - Credit membership rather than a single drop-in menu - Credits tied to this location, so buy where you will actually book - Extra recovery modalities (float, compression, LED, IV, Aescape massage) in the same studio. Aescape tables here can run the Brady Protocol: a 30-minute deep-tissue session co-developed with Tom Brady from his work with body coach Alex Guerrero, working the posterior chain from calves to traps at a pressure you control. Aescape says it runs on every table, including partner locations, but confirm when you book. ## Practical notes - Arrive about 10 minutes early to sign in, per the Pause FAQ - Brentwood's location page currently allows membership redemption at Venice, South Bay, Studio City, and WeHo. Reconfirm on the page you buy from. - Active members can still book a la carte at other Pause studios and get member pricing - Packages expire 365 days from purchase and are non-refundable on our last check - Comparing private infrared franchises beyond Pause?
