## Overview

IcePass is one pass for traditional Finnish sauna (marketed above 200°F) and commercial cold plunges (37 to 44°F) inside four Westside partner spaces. The flagship is Paradiso CrossFit at 711 Hampton Dr in Venice, open daily 5:30am to 11:30am and 12pm to 9pm. Sweat60 on Lincoln Blvd and Blue Republic CrossFit on Pico in Santa Monica, plus Saba Surf Cafe on Venice Blvd, run shorter windows. Sessions book in one-hour increments on the IcePass web app. Pricing on our October 21, 2026 check: $44 day pass, $299 month to month, or $199 a month on the annual plan ($2,388 upfront).

In my opinion this is the best value real Finnish heat on the Westside, and the $25 two-hour first session makes it an easy try. It is communal and lives inside gyms, so expect a CrossFit crowd at Paradiso, not a spa. If you want quiet, Sweat60 is the operator's own pick. If you want a locked private room, book Pause or SweatHouz instead.

## What to expect

- Pick a partner gym and hour on the IcePass web app, then self check-in
- Traditional Finnish sauna marketed above 200°F, with commercial plunges at 37 to 44°F
- Showers, changing rooms, and lockers at every location (bring your own towel and suit, rinse before each plunge)
- Community vibe is strongest at Paradiso; Sweat60 is pitched as the quieter, more private stop
- Day pass and memberships sold direct (not ClassPass)

## Practical notes

- New to IcePass? Start with the $25 first-time 2-hour session before paying $44 for a day pass
- Hours are split morning and afternoon windows and differ by gym. Paradiso runs to 9pm daily; Sweat60 closes at 11:30am on Sunday, and Blue Republic closes at 6pm
- The $299 month to month only beats the day pass if you go about 7 times a month. The annual plan ($199 a month, $2,388 upfront) breaks even around 5
- Not on ClassPass. Book directly with IcePass
- If you need a private infrared suite with your own plunge clock, book Pause Brentwood, Pause WeHo, or a SweatHouz suite instead
