## Overview

Ceremony Spa is Austin's South Lamar social bathhouse with cedar sauna, cold plunge, and massage or spa add-ons in an indoor/outdoor layout. Expect a shared floor rather than a locked franchise suite: two cedar saunas and plunges, events, and late published bathhouse hours. Bathhouse sessions and packages are the usual entry; unlimited memberships sit in the mid to high $200s/mo range on our notes. Praxium's Google mirror showed about 4.8 stars from roughly 247 reviews (approximate). Choose Ceremony for the communal South Lamar ritual; choose Melt Well or SweatHouz when you want a private infrared suite instead.

## What to expect

- Bathhouse floor with sauna and cold plunge, alongside a full massage and treatment menu
- The operator recommends at least three rounds of contrast per visit
- Published rhythm is 10 to 15 minutes in the sauna followed by 1 to 3 minutes in the plunge
- Social spa format, so expect shared space rather than a private suite

## Practical notes

- Plan for three rounds, which makes this a longer visit than a 40-minute suite booking
- Bathhouse access and massage are booked separately; confirm which you are reserving
- Memberships publish in the mid to high $200s per month, so drop-ins suit occasional visits

## Questions

### Is Ceremony Spa good for a first contrast visit?

### Private suite or communal?

Bathhouse / social format. Choose Melt Well or SweatHouz if you want a locked private room with its own plunge.

### Is Ceremony Spa communal or private?
